Hello my name is Richard Spilotro i am one member of Outlaw Kennels of Chicago , Illinois. I wanted to make sure to add this on this site and applaud Diablo pit kennels for their action against bad breeders and not holding back any punches. This is all about a man named Brent Merriman of Dirt Track Kennels and the way he conducts his hobby ( Breeding Dogs ) and how his word means nothing at all. When i met Brent he was always into beefs with people down talking his dogs but seemed like a real good guy just didn't have the best quality of dogs and seemed to be more worried about having quantity , he was breeding Rottweilers , Jack Russell Terriers and a few other breeds. After some time i seen him focus on more on Pitbulls and he changed his whole site to Pitbulls. I contacted him about a game bred female ( Doobie ) to out cross to my more bullier stuff and of course i sent him the pay pal account and when i got her weeks later i found out she could not be bred and till this day Brent has not tried to make it right. I never made a big issue on it and till this day i have not made a big deal about it. Brent and I become good friends at one point always talking on the phones almost daily and he announced to me that he had a female by the name of Gypsy that was in heat and wanted to use my West side Juan Gotti direct son named " Outlaw's Jesse Jaymes " the litter dropped and supposedly all died but he didn't give me a single dime outta that. Later his female Gabby litter mate to Gypsy came in heat and we used Jesse Jaymes once again. He promised me a 1st pick and he must of changed his mind cause he sold the picks and expected me to accept that well i didn't and he sent me 400 dollars. This is where this whole thing gets sticky , Well Brent came down and picked up Treasure and Baby and Meme he got Treasure for the agreement of breeding her to Chaos Blue 8 Baller or any Pure Watchdog male and give us 2 pups in return, York's Baby was supposed to be bred to any Edge or Grey line male with a short solid muzzle and when that happened he owed us 2 pups of her breeding , and Meme was sold for 100 bucks and owed 1st pick off her as well. Well Brent ask if he could use his scattered bred dog " Rebel " to Meme i said no cause that was not the agreement. He asked about York's Baby and said he will buy off the pick he owes me so he can do this breeding with his boy Rebel i agreed for it to go down but he must pay me 1,000 for my buyout he agreed and guess what i have not seen one single red penny. He owed me 2 pups from Treasure off of a watchdog male but he once agreed to buy me out and i had to send Tyler Hood over to him to get my 2 pups he owed me , without Tyler i would of got burnt of that as well. He also got a Pure Grey line female from me named Double G he promised to buy her over and over again but never sent a dime , i found out recently he bred her without my permission and refuses to return my dog. At the moment Brent owes me 1,700 dollars for the two 1st picks owed from Sid Vicious to Meme breeding that he sold and never gave me the chance to own one and also off Baby. Brent Merriman has been lying to me for some time now and always tells me the money is in the mail. This are a few people that had done deals with Brent and guess the deals didn't fall thru. One is Mike at Dogg Pound pits he promised to buy Sid from Mike and guess what he word is not good enough. A guy name Shane had his dog get infections by Brent's home wannabee Ear Cropping services. Brent Merriman is a liar and thief. I am open to discuss this anytime . Brent has promised me so much and has lied and maybe this is the only way i can get what's mine and also prevent this from happening again. Brent also said he didn't care what people thought and often bashed many others cause he felt he was god , Sorry Brent but there is only one god . There's not much more I can say/write about Rebecca, except that she
is good at what she does. Obviously! She put one over on me and my
family. My four year old son does not understand the meaning of
"ripped off" when I try and explain to him why his puppy is not here.

pregnant female dog for sale on the internet, so i went online looking for
her, found her and then fell in love with her(Brandy the pregnant female) so

Wednesday. After he told me about Brandy(he said that she was 2 weeks into
her pregnancy) i was sure i wanted this very dog ,so he told me that i would
have to send him $1000.00 that same day so he could hold her for me,and that
he would send me the contract. He also told me that i would have to send him
the balance in a weeks time (the balance included health certificate, crate
plane ticket and the balance on brandy) that was fine with me, i sent the
money.I called him about 2 or 3 days in a row asking him about sending the
contract and for each time he had some bullshit story.
It was Tuesday the day before my deadline, i had already sent the
balance of money Western Union but he would not answer his phone until i
left a message on his phone saying that i had already sent the money,this is
when i started to scared.He got the money and i did not hear from him for
another 2 to 3 days so i called him. After trying to call him all day i
decided to leave another message that i was getting scared and he need to
call me,and he called with another bullshit story that the dog was pregnant
and could not fly. At first i was so angry because he should have told me
this before i sent the money, but when i thought about it i said to myself
that i would not want to put Brandy throught all that traveling being
pregnant and all, so we decided that he would send me her daughter
Guinervere and of cost all of his prices on all of his dogs went up, so now
the money i sent was not enought he wanted me to send him $300.00 more
dollars.I was not prepared to send anymore money becaues he did not send a
contract as yet, so i told him i would pay for the ticket on my credit card
and all he would have to do go ahead and ship her.This was the last time i
heard from josh(he would not anwser his phone no matter what messages i
left.)And to think this is my first time buying a dog online not good,but i
know there is still alot of honest people in the dog world.

This is for anyone out there who wants to purchase a pitbull from the kennel OUTLAWS OF THE MARSH, owners name is Josh, he is not an honest bussines man. I strongly advise everyone to beware of deals made with Josh or his kennel, he also sells dogs on the newspapers with the phone numbers of 720-244-2288,or303-567-2111.I purchased a 1 1/2 year old pit named bamm-bamm, which he claims was a camelot / rednose with two sets of papers. I bought my pit may of 2004and now its november 2004 five months later and still no papers or any type of proof that papers even exsist.So I keep calling Josh he has a differnt exscuse every time. Once he said the people handling the papers messed up the name on the papers so he sent them back to be fixed, and when they came back he would bring them to me in person.Of course he never brought them to me, he was full of shit. So months go by still no papers or a call from Josh. Then I called about two weeks ago to find out whats going on with my papers. He told me he had finally got the papers back, I then asked him to mail them to me or if it wasnt to much trouble bring them by my house. He agreed to bring them that weekend, that weekend passed and still no Josh or papers in the mail. I started calling his cell phone and home phone and no answer on any phone, then one day his girl answered and said he wasnt around I said have him call me as soon as possible. Still no calls back obvious he is avoiding me. So my cousin went to his website and e-mailed him saying we were putting him on the bad breeders list if he didnt respond to us in a week. Sure enough he called the next day trying to threatin me and my cousin, if you seen Josh you just want to laugh at the skinny little bitch, but anyway I told Josh to pick up Bamm-Bamm because without papers he isnt worth anything, even though he is one hell of a pitbull. Josh has a few good looking dogs on his website asking stud fees claiming he has papers on all his dogs. So anyone reading this beware of this guy (Josh) of OUTLAWS OF THE MARSH. If you do choose to deal with this dickhead ask for proof of papers before giving him money, dont trust his word it dont mean shit.

I'd like to add Christopher Moore of FIRST STATE KENNEL'S to your bad breeders beware list. His cell phone no. was (302) 312 - 1906, he's from Newark Delaware. He sold me a Blue Fawn/Blue Mask male pup out of CL Moore's Destiny x GMJ Fine Line's Rough Rider. Well he charged me $1,500.00 for this male. Well first of all the poor pup come to me with a hernia from this dumb ass clipping his cord to short. When I took him to our vet it was so severe his intestines were swelled & he needed asap surgery. Then we find out CL Moore's Destiny was not sopose to be bread due to major health problems!! So we took the pup to our stand by vet & he says the pup is fine. Well 7 days later the pup starts shitting pure blood & drooling from the mouth. I mean the poor guy could not even make it to his water dish. So we call our regular vet for a emergency appointment. Well before we could get him there he dies. So we still took him in & they took a sample of his stool & guess what?! PARVO!!! Plus for our $1,500.00 bucks we got a pup with no papers. So we go to contact him & he gives me this bullshit line " Yo I'm busy right dis minute, I'll holla back". So he calls like 10 hours later. Says " Yo dis is Chris, whats up". so we give him a run down & he says well he never come from me! So my hubby & this ass hole gets in a huge argument & Chris says hes coming down with his boyz & there gonna reck shop! Well I guess he could'nt even come to defend his own honor. Gary sold me 2 pups off Ruff Rider for 1500.00 ...one looked like a mini-boston terrier and the other looked like a poodle. he gave me a guarantee on one pup to replace it if something went wrong with her. he never sent me the papers and wouldn't replace her. her leg kept popping out of her hip and she had the mange as well. then he said he would replace her and had me send her to another guy out in texas. Gary Jackson sold the dog twice! then he got me to send him another 160.00 for shipping of another pup. this has been several years ago and he still hasn't sent me anything. I gave the other female away because she was a dwarf and
had nervous breakdowns. all her hair fell off her body. I had sent Rick Hughes 1200.00 dollars for a blue 80-100 lb big headed good disposition and character animal. He said he had a blue pup with huge head white sox and white stripe between the eyes. It was pick male and would be mine if I got my money there first. Well I sent the money and received pick, and chose that animal. Two and a half mo later I receive a solid white headed runt Clearly not the dog we had discussed. The blue with white striped dog that looked like hughsees Kong wasn't sent because it had a overbite. Well guess what, the dog I received developed the hugest under bite imaginable, every week it got a little bigger. He looked more like a Bulldog than a Bulldog. He said the reason he was so small because he was moving his kennels , and the pup was separated from ma ma to soon, not to worry hell still turn out ok just feed him good. Not I took him over to one of Hughsees friends and they even backed it up. To top it off the dog started to limp half of the time. The vet said it wasn't hip displacia, but his knee cap wasn't attached to the bone. Most likely birth defect. Well this dog that was supposed to get 80-90 lbs and be the dog but only ended up getting to be 50 lbs. He was totally opposite of what my 1200.00 was supposed to buy. Rick Hughes agreed to replace it in july but needed till mid September to ship it He would make it right. Well that turned out to be BULLSHIT didnt it Rick. October gets here and no nothin. After 10 phone calls and messages, he finally calls back with a story. The sire dug unda da fence and ate ya dawg, Ill hafta send ya anotha, give me till novembe 6th. Being the dumb ass that I am I wait till the 6th. Bet youll never guess what happened, ya dats right no dawg. 20 phone calls later with attached messages Hughzee finally calls back .Well at least he calls back .This guy is undeliverable, so Fu--in sincere. Hey sorry I haven't got back with you my wife you know she dont get me my messages. Guess what Im moving my kennels and my house, this time can you give me three days Ill ship him. Almost two years ago I bought a dog from Big fat Bill Perrien. It was a mess from the very time I sent a deposit. I got the run around big time. I never recieved any phone calls whatsoever to let me know the status on anything. I would literally leave dozens of messages and still no call back. Finally they sent me the damn dog. I had problems with the dog from the beginning. Everything from coccidia to the little fucker growling at my daughter and me. I think he got coccidia because of the filthy cage he was shipped in. The damn cage had fucken bird feathers in it. I guess they raise birds as well. Anyway after calling them back and letting them know how unhappy I was with the dog they agreed to take it back. I decided to drive from Florida to El Paso Texas to deliver the dog back to them. I had to see what kind of place they ran. WHat a fucken sty. I swear I wouldnt let my dog sleep there, they live like a bunch of savages. I was actually really surprised though at how nice he and his family came across. They were actually very cool. After seeing what type of place this guy ran I was kinda disappointed. I knew I wouldnt get my money back and I had already driven 2/3 the way across the whole fucken country so I decided to take my chance with a pup he happened to have at his yard. It was either take that pup or wait months for another one. I wasnt really going for the idea of waiting. Anyway this pup he had
was in a nasty wet muddy pen in the back. It was in the middle of dead fricken January and pretty damn cold. I couldnt believe this shit. So I took that pup and he offered to cut the ears, I said ah what the hell go ahead. Boy I was battin 1000 for wrong moves. THe ears looks like total shit. I took the dog home with me to Florida shaking my head in disgust the whole fucken way home. This dog turned out to be the most wacked out psychotic piece of shit I have ever seen. I mean scared of everything and I mean everything. He would shake and quiver like a bowl of jello if a leave blew across the ground. I know pits are supposed to have a little more ass than that. In a couple of months he continually grew into a skiddish little bastard that I simply could not trust anymore. I could not understand the nature of this dog. I never scolded the little guy and that was what really puzzled me. Once again I was back on the phone with fat Bill and he refused
to take the dog back. At this point I was over it. I decided to take it as a loss. I eventually had the deed done on the dog cus it was an accident waiting to happen and I wanted no part of that shit. Needless to say I never have recieved papers on the dog. I will never buy a dog again with out doing more homework and I certainly will never have a dog flown to me. Fuck it, it is a pain in the ass. I 've put 200$ deposit on a beautiful adult female he had for sale. 15 minutes after I've called him to ask his complete adress and close the deal and send him the money, he calls back telling us he received money from someone that he didn't speek to a long time ago and he wasn't sure about who to sale her to.We said "but the money has been sent already??!!"He said he was going to call us back the next day.It's now been 3 weeks and nothing ,no call ,NO MONEY BACK and we've left messages everyday. The check was cashed on the 6 of june!!I think he's trying to hide. But not for long!!I have all the proof on paper to get him.We've contacted the fayetteville POLICE and we didn't even have to spell his name they knew who he was. This is what the officer told us.(The officer is also a dog breeder and he doesn't like how he treats his dogs).A week ago they went there to put one of his dogs to sleep cause he ATTACKED someone and they also found DEAD DOGS laying around!!! Probably fought to death ,he guessed.. His dogs are overly aggressive towards people and each other. He is not only a scammer but also a TERRIBLE DOG MEN..The officer islauching a investigation on him now as we speak. Now I'm happy I didn't get the dog but I want my money back and justice to be done. This breeder needs to be stopped. We bought a fawn male pup from her that have a very very bad case of RED MANGE I sent her a copy of the vet's check up and just wanted her to take care of the problem and replace the puppy or refund my money.
I was told by Jess that "IT WAS MY PROBLEM" then to find out the she is just hanging papers on dogs I have not received his ADBA papers yet asked her to have both the stud and the bitch to be DNA tested she said no way. she told me that the owner of the stud would not sing the paper work for her to get the papers and then over night she found the stud. I only bought 1 puppy out the litter but she wanted to send me the litter app. to fill out to get the pups papers.. (IF Something Is Not Wrong With That Then I've Been Doing It Wrong All This Time) Her changed her phone number do not return e-mail for 3 or 4 Months. I told her that I would pay for 1/2 the cost of the puppy and the air fair up front and I did have cancel checks to prove that I did what I said I would do. and that I will send her a check for the other 1/2 of the puppy just hold it for 2 weeks she said that was fine. when all we got the pup we took it to the vet for his ear cropping after the cropping they found spots all over his belly so they did a skin scrap and found the red mange did blood work. I told her that I was going to stop payment on the check and I did she do not send my check bad but held it for 4 months and then slipped it in my bank call after they found out the the check was stopped but went through the bank by mistake.. now she has been paid the the mangy dog but will not send the paper she said before she sends the papers she wants proof of red mange. THIS GIRL IS A THIEF AND A FULL PUPPY MILL SHE IS SELLING PUPPIES AT THE PET SHOP IN FAIRFIELD MAINE SO BUYER'S BEWARE !!!!

It is sad to read statements or comments made by individuals wholike to hide behind a keyborad and not disclose their identity.This is Andy from Old Pirate, I put this small Kennel togetherand I also helped several others who like this breed put up websites and we all do this not for a living but for the love we share for it. Now, I spoke to Bruce Jones and he was also veryupset from reading the false accusations made by this individual.We got in touch with Diablo Kennel who manages this site who putup the negative remarks and they said they tried to contact the individual but there was a bad phone number, in other words, you who wrote what you wrote like to hide after you start a fire, but its a small world. Myself and B. Jones have the same policy and we also have close relations with anyone we give a dog to. I have no one that is upset at me and he assured me the same is true about him, I have money set aside so that I may buy back some of the dogs I have placed with people because I often see the dogs and get jealous at how good they are behaving and I want them back with me!!! Now, once again, I wil pay anyone who is not satisfied with a dog they bought from me, I will buy the dog from you, but I have never had this complaint to date. Also, I have never been raided and my dog Boobitrap is not a pound dog and if a dog has a microchip on him, for everyone's information, that means someone cared so much about that dog and they wanted to make sure if they are ever lost and are picked up they are returned to the owner. A microchip is just like a nametag but it is placed inside the dog's skin, if you dont know these facts then you need to find out first and then pass your views. Also B. Jones never bred mastiffs into pitbulls and sold them as pitbulls, where ever this comes from is also another upset fellow who can not come to someone
in person and discuss issues, neither I or B. hey my name is chris and I am wanting to put jack jojola the owner of (Top Dogg Kennels) on your bad breeders list he just ripped me off on an older bitch that I sold him for $2500. I trusted him enough to let him take the bitch with a small deposit and now he will not give me my female or my money back. I have also talked to several people that he has ripped off if you guy want names and phone numbers e-mail me and I will give them to you. He is also going around giving false information about other kennels like gottyline, and all eyes on me kennels. He ripped off several people with those so call gotty and gypsy pups I talked to one of these people who said he took money and they never got the dogs. Also he is now burning people with the king henry and star puppies. Don’t buy anything from this guy he doesn’t own any dogs old enough to breed so what he does puts up pups for sale from people who don’t have website or a way to sell them on the net then he double the price to make a profit off of other people dogs. If you want more info on the people he ripped off email me and I will give names and phone numbers.

ps: please put this guy up asap I and everybody else will appreciate it before he rips anybody else off.

Hello Diablo and just like everyone else on here...I sent in a deposit for a pup from Wilrox Kennels back in January and pup was due to be shipped on March 23, 2003...now from the day I sent the deposit they did not call to advise me it was received..I then would attempt to call at least once a week to check the status
of "my puppy" to which I never got any returned call, and I would leave messages constantly. I then did speak with Roxanne..When I spoke with Roxanne she
acted as if everything was OK and said the pups weren't ready. I asked for my deposit to be placed on anther breeding that has taken place now...But I feel as
if my deposit is gone because they never called me at any point as a courtesy to let me know it was received or how the pup was doing or if in fact they would
sending the pup...So..Thanks for the update on these horrible lame ass excuses for APBT owners...I might have to purchase a pup from you just for creating this

Notorious B.L.U.E. Notorious in more way's than 1. This kennel sold some friends of mine, supposedly a blue dog but, they can't figure out how it turned black on the plane! Imagine that. They also have problems with their papers and the TRUTH! Bottom of the barrel breeders. They're a lot of reputable breeders to by from so, my advice to anyone looking for a quality pet and a hassel free deal go anywhere but Notorious B.L.U.E.
